Your Pool Safety Experts in and around Mackay

Pool Safety Mackay has been a local business operating in and around Mackay since 2011. In this time, we have refined our knowledge in the field of pool safety and have extensive knowledge regarding the intricacies of potential hazards involving swimming pools. At Pool Safety Mackay, we have a fully qualified Health and Safety advisor and consultancy team, holding Swimming Pool Safety Inspector licenses. We put our priority on your pool safety.

Our Services

We offer three main services:

  • Safety Inspection – we send you a pre-inspection form prior to visiting, so you can check off and fix any problems as necessary.  We then come on-site to inspect your pool safety barriers.

  • Reporting – we provide a full written safety report as a result of our thorough safety inspection.

  • Repairs – unlike other pool inspectors, we give you the option to let us fix any basic problems on your pool barrier that we may encounter (jobs under $3000).  This saves you time having to find a tradesperson to do it before calling in the pool inspector again.

  • Pool Safety Certificate – this is issued (as needed) to certify safety-compliant swimming pools.  Generally required at times when you are leasing or selling a property.

Our clients include landlords, real estate agents and body corporates. Servicing private homes, through to commercial businesses.

Did you know?

Regular household residences in Queensland require pool inspections every two years if renting or selling. Locations with a shared pool, such as shared accommodation (e.g. AirBnB), apartments and estates, require inspections every 12 months.

If you have just purchased a new property with a swimming pool, are managing a multi-residential establishment with a swimming pool or have realised you are overdue for an inspection for the pool in your backyard, contact us about pool safety.

We ensure your swimming pool not only remains compliant with Queensland’s standards—but it will give you peace of mind that you are protecting your family and friends in and around your pool to the best of your ability.  When it comes to very young children, who are at the highest risk of drowning, it adds to your peace of mind to have your fence up to standards.

Queensland’s pool safety laws mandate a number safety measures regarding pool barrier fencing.
